These terms apply when you use the DiaSense.AI app, the beta and this website. By using DiaSense.AI you agree to them.
What DiaSense.AI is, and is not
DiaSense.AI is a wellness and decision support product, not a medical device. It is not FDA cleared, does not deliver insulin, and does not replace your care team. Always consult your healthcare provider. In an emergency, seek immediate medical care.
- It explains your data and suggests what to look at. Every decision about your care is yours.
- It uses AI to word its explanations, and it can be wrong. Check anything important against your devices and with your care team.
- Your CGM, pump and their alarms stay your primary tools. Do not rely on DiaSense.AI for alerts.
- Meal estimates are estimates. Review every amount before you log it.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older to hold an account. A parent or legal guardian can hold an account for a child, share it with the child, and is responsible for that account. We ask that you have a healthcare provider who treats the diabetes.
The beta
DiaSense.AI is in beta. Features may change, pause or stop. Data may be delayed or missing. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a place in the beta.
Your account
- Keep your device and account secure, and tell us if you think someone else has access.
- Connect only accounts and devices that belong to you, or that you are allowed to use.
- Give accurate information.
Connected services
Dexcom, Abbott, Nightscout, Apple and wearable makers have their own terms. DiaSense.AI is not affiliated with them, and their availability is outside our control.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse DiaSense.AI. That includes accessing other people's data, disrupting the service, reverse engineering it, scraping it, or using it to break the law.
Your data
Your data is yours. You let us use it to run and improve DiaSense.AI for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our content
The DiaSense.AI app, name, logo and website belong to DiaSense.AI. Do not copy them without permission. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.
Ending your use
You can stop using DiaSense.AI and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
Limits of our responsibility
DiaSense.AI is provided "as is" during the beta, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions made based on the app, or for losses caused by missing, delayed or incorrect data. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is meaningful, we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies.
